Inclusion Dance Fitness
Thursdays, October 1-November 5 (6 weeks) | 6:00 PM-7:00 PM | Pozez JCC
Ages: Neurodivergent Adults 18 and up
This dance fitness class is designed for adults in all fitness and experience levels. It combines low-impact, Zumba-style dance cardio with fun, easy-to-follow choreography in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each 60-minute class includes an energizing cardiovascular workout followed by a new dance routine each week, helping participants improve fitness, coordination, confidence, and overall well-being while having fun through movement. No dance experience is required. Bring comfortable shoes, water, and a willingness to have fun!

Preschool Adaptive Group Swim
Ages 3-5 years old
Location: Pool Lanes 1-2
This inclusive, adaptive swim class is designed specifically for children with a disability. It combines beginner instruction with essential water safety education to build confidence in the water. Led by experienced instructors, students learn fundamental skills—including kicking, floating, and basic strokes—tailored to their individual abilities. The program also features group activities to promote community and social connection, empowering every swimmer to enjoy the water responsibly.
