Our personal trainers create steps for success in achieving your health and fitness goals. Our nationally certified trainers will evaluate, assess, and program a routine specifically designed to meet your individual needs — whether that’s weight loss, pre or post rehab, athletic performance, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, or just general health and fitness. Personal Training packages can be used for both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Use of the J-Fit Health Club facilities and ability to purchase personal training sessions are included in the J-Family membership category (individuals, household, couples, and seniors). Day passes can be purchased for $10 by guests and visitors.

Ages: 50+
Prerequisites: Must be able to stand up from the floor

To mitigate the risk if falls and enhance overall well-being as we age, it’s crucial to concentrate on mobility, balance, and functional strength. By prioritizing these aspects, we can significantly bolster your body’s defenses against falls, reduce injury risks, and elevate your quality of life.

Fees: $240 per 4-week session

Meet Our Personal Trainers

Our goal at the Pozez JCC’s J-Fit Health Club is to offer great personal training through education, motivation, and dedication.  We take pride in helping members achieve their health and wellness goals, not only at the JCC, but consistently throughout their lives.  No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience not only our trainers, but other JCC members as well.  Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation:
If cancellation is necessary, we ask that you call/email your trainer directly NO LESS than 12 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation:
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment time.  If you are within this 12-hour window and need to cancel, you will be charged half the fee of your training session.

No Show:
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. If you no-show, a training session will be deducted from your existing training package.

We understand that unexpected events and circumstances may arise and will evaluate on a case-by-case basis; however, giving your trainer as much lead time as you can is important.  We value fellow clients, members and trainers and strive to be respectful and considerate of their time and schedules.  Additionally, first time late cancellations/no-shows may be waived and will be up to the discretion of the trainer and/or the Fitness Manager.

Refund Policy
Personal Training sessions are non-refundable. If you purchase a Personal Training package and cannot finish the sessions due to medical reasons, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances (as approved by the Fitness Manager), you may be eligible for a refund or extension on the expiration for unused sessions.

Any approved refunds will include a $40 processing fee. You may also donate your sessions to another member if you feel inclined to do so.
