• Offer applies to new J-Family Memberships only (cannot have been a member in the past 60 days)
• Membership must remain active and cannot be downgraded, cancelled or put on hold until November 30, 2026
• 30-minute personal training sessions and swim lesson will be applied towards one person on the membership. Package expires 90 days from membership start date.
