Adapted games and sports provide children of all abilities the opportunity to learn and practice the skills of team sports while fitness classes help build physical conditioning for children of all abilities.

TOPSoccer- Fall 2026

TOPSoccer (The Out Reach Program for Soccer) is developed through US Youth Soccer for young athletes with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities, allowing the opportunity to learn and play soccer in a safe, nurturing, and self-empowering environment.

The program’s goal is to enable young athletes to grow and develop physically, socially, and emotionally as members of US Youth Soccer with the assistance of volunteer coaches and youth mentoring buddies. This program is in partnership with the AC Milan Academy DMV.

Inclusion Dance Fitness
Thursdays, October 1-November 5 (6 weeks) | 6:00 PM-7:00 PM | Pozez JCC
Ages: Neurodivergent Adults 18 and up

This dance fitness class is designed for adults in all fitness and experience levels. It combines low-impact, Zumba-style dance cardio with fun, easy-to-follow choreography in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Each 60-minute class includes an energizing cardiovascular workout followed by a new dance routine each week, helping participants improve fitness, coordination, confidence, and overall well-being while having fun through movement. No dance experience is required. Bring comfortable shoes, water, and a willingness to have fun!

Preschool and Youth Adaptive Group Swim
These inclusive, adaptive swim classes are designed specifically for children with a disability. They combine beginner swim instruction with essential water safety education to help participants develop confidence and competence in the water.

Students learn fundamental techniques such as proper kicking, arm movements, floating, and basic strokes, tailored to their individual needs and ability levels. In addition, the program incorporates teamwork activities and group exercises that promote community building and social connection.

Led by experienced instructors, this engaging and inclusive program ensures that each swimmer feels empowered while gaining the skills needed to enjoy the water responsibly.
