J-Fit Bootcamps offer challenging, fun, and scalable sessions on some of the biggest days of the year. Whether you’re looking to push your limits or simply stay active through the holidays, our bootcamps have something for everyone.

2026 Bootcamp Schedule
Join us for special workouts on each of the following dates:
- New Year’s Day (Thurs., Jan. 1)
- Presidents’ Day (Mon., Feb. 16)

What to Expect
Each bootcamp features two signature sessions designed to meet your individual goals. (Note: Thanksgiving Turkey Burn bootcamp is one 75-minute session.)
9:30 AM – Extreme Bootcamp
A fast-paced, high-intensity workout built to challenge your strength, stamina, and grit. Expect intense exercises and elevated heart rates. Perfect for those ready to push it to the limit. May involve movements like jumping and getting up and down off the floor.
10:30 AM – Classic Bootcamp
A traditional circuit-style workout offering a balanced blend of moderate, scalable exercises, resistance training, and functional movement patterns. Joint-friendly. Ideal for participants of all fitness levels, with plenty of options to adjust.
Fees: Free for members. Guests welcome with a day pass ($20).
Bootcamp Class Pass
With a Bootcamp Class Pass (BCP), enjoy all nine of our seasonal bootcamps throughout 2026.
Purchasing a BCP also allows you full access to the J-Fit Health Club facilities on those days.
In J-Fit, you’ll feel the energy and support of our trainers in spaces designed to help everyone reach their fitness goals. Buying the a pass is a simple, low-commitment way to see why our members love getting fit at the J.
Non-members: $108 ($180 value) Prorated until Oct 31.
Terms and Conditions
Non-Members:
- BCP are only valid for use by a non-member
- BCP may be used on designated holidays throughout 2026. Specific dates and schedules for access will be provided by J-Fit Health Club in advance and are subject to change.
- Pass holders may use all training areas and equipment within J-Fit Health Club and pool on bootcamp days.
-Advanced registration for each class is required.
- Pass holders use the facilities at their own risk. It is recommended that all pass holders consult with a physician prior to beginning any exercise.
- Pass holders are expected to follow all J-Fit Health Club and Pozez JCC rules, respect staff and other members, and use equipment safely and responsibly. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the JCC, and/or termination of access.
- Passes are non-transferable and proof of purchase must be presented upon arrival.
- Purchases are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation of a scheduled bootcamp or facility closure, J-Fit Health Club may offer rescheduling or alternative access at its discretion.
- By purchasing a BCP, you agree to these terms and conditions, and acknowledge that you are using the facilities and participating in activities at your own risk.
- For passholders who join as a full J-Family member during the term of their pass, the prorated balance of the Bootcamp Class Pass will be credited toward your first month!
