Spring Break Bootcamp

Each bootcamp features two signature sessions designed to meet your individual goals. (Note: Thanksgiving Turkey Burn bootcamp is one 75-minute session.)
9:30 AM – Extreme Bootcamp
A fast-paced, high-intensity workout built to challenge your strength, stamina, and grit. Expect intense exercises and elevated heart rates. Perfect for those ready to push it to the limit. May involve movements like jumping and getting up and down off the floor.
10:30 AM – Classic Bootcamp
A traditional circuit-style workout offering a balanced blend of moderate, scalable exercises, resistance training, and functional movement patterns. Joint-friendly. Ideal for participants of all fitness levels, with plenty of options to adjust.
Fees: Free for members. Guests welcome with a day pass ($20).
