Navigating Life’s Transitions is a supportive, monthly conversation group for older adults facing the many changes that come with aging. Whether you’re adjusting to retirement, caregiving, changes in health, moving, experiencing the loss of a loved one, or simply finding your way through a new season of life, join us for meaningful conversation, connection, and support in a welcoming environment.
Fee: Complimentary. Registration required. Donations to the JCC’s Adult Services Department are greatly appreciated.
