October 7th: Remembering Together Through Music, Stories & Food
Wednesday, October 7 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Join us for a meaningful community gathering marking three years since October 7th — an evening of remembrance, reflection, and hope.
The evening will feature a moving musical experience, where select members of our community have chosen songs that hold personal and collective memories connected to October 7. The songs will be brought to life by a group of Israeli musicians, creating a space to honor the people, places, and stories that continue to stay with us.
Following the performance, we will gather around food prepared in memory of those who were lost and the communities that were impacted on that day. Through shared recipes and stories, we will remember, reflect, and create space to process the journey of the three years that have passed.
Together, we will hold both the pain and the hope — honoring those we lost while strengthening the connections, resilience, and community that continue to carry us forward.
This program is free. RSVP required. We hope that you will support the Shlichut program and Israel engagement programs here: https://give.thej.org/campaign/723271/donate
