Meet at the Pozez JCC at 10:00 AM. Bus departs promptly at 10:15 AM and returns at approximately 3:00 PM.
Location: Tudor Place, Georgetown (1644 31st Street NW, Washington, DC)
Ages: 18+

Join us for a delightful day in Georgetown as we visit Tudor Place Historic House & Garden, a national historic landmark and former home of descendants of Martha Washington.

Our visit will include a guided tour of the house, led by a docent or staff member. The tour features the special exhibit “Founding Fortunes: The Estate Sale of Martha Washington,” along with access to additional rooms not currently open to the public. You’ll gain a fascinating glimpse into early American life through the stories of those who lived and worked on the estate.

Following the house tour, enjoy exploring the gardens at your own pace, with the option to access a self-guided audio tour on your phone.

After our visit, we’ll head to Martin’s Tavern for lunch (at your own cost), a charming and historic Georgetown favorite, and a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy time together.
