Our staff makes summer special for our campers!

Camp Achva looks to hire energetic, dedicated staff who are interested in making a difference in a child’s life and working in a fun, creative camp environment.

Staff members are hired based on their talents and skills; demonstrated levels of maturity, responsibility, and dependability; programming and leadership expertise; ability to relate to and care for children; and sincere commitment to helping campers experience a summer of fun in a safe environment.

Each staff member is individually evaluated based on their application and personal interview.

The Pozez Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia (the J) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a strong and vibrant Jewish community through meaningful opportunities to engage in Jewish life.
