This is a monthly support group for anyone who has recently – or not-so-recently – lost aspouse or partner. Join us for an open, frank forum on issues such as grief, bereavement,and moving forward after great loss. All are welcome. No fee, but you must register. Facilitated by Sharon Alman, LCSW

It’s time for a garden field trip! Carpool from the J or meet us at the Bon Air Memorial Rose Garden/Park in Arlington for a spectacular collection of roses. Wear a hat and sunscreen and bring water to drink. Optional: bring a snack or lite lunch to enjoy in the nearby park.
