Planting at the Playground – Alexandria

Join us at the playground for a playful outdoor experience where kids can get messy making seed balls—tiny bundles of soil, clay, and seeds that can be planted at home to grow beautiful blooms or tasty herbs. This sensory-friendly activity lets little ones dig in, connect with nature, and learn how things grow—then swing, slide, and play the afternoon away! Each child will take home their handmade seed balls to plant and watch bloom. Location provided upon registration.
Best for ages 2–7.
All materials provided. Wear clothes that can get a little muddy and bring your curiosity!
