Join us for a pair of workouts on Memorial Day! 9:30am’s Extreme session will be a boot camp-style workout targeting intense exercises, high heart rates, and as many reps as possible. 10:30am’s Classic will be a traditional circuit workout with moderate, scaled exercises. Resistance lifts and functional movements will be perfect for participants of all fitness levels.
Prerequisites: Extreme: must be able to handle high aerobic work, repeated joint impact.
Ages: All ages, 13 and older
Fees: Free to members, day pass required for guests.
