GJF Tallit Tales: Create & Learn in the Park

Join J-Family Ambassador Brie for a fun, hands-on workshop where children can learn about the Jewish tradition of wearing a tallit (prayer shawl) while creating their own! Kids will design their tallit with color and decorations and learn how to tie the tzitzit (fringes). This outdoor activity is perfect for kids who love to be creative and want to connect with Jewish traditions in a playful, engaging way. All materials are provided, so just bring your imagination, and enjoy a fun day in the park!
Best for 2–5-year-olds, all ages welcome
