Becoming Playful: A workshop for parents and children

Join Growing Jewish Families (GJF) and Pozez JCC’s Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) community for an engaging workshop hosted by Erica Buchholz from Becoming Playful. This session will explore the importance of play and laughter in helping families mitigate burnout while strengthening their connections with children. Erica will guide participants through laughter games and share effective strategies for incorporating enjoyable and sustainable play into adults’ daily routines.
