Youth Adaptive Swim

Youth Adaptive Swim

Learning to swim is important for children and adolescents not only for their enjoyment but also for their safety. Whether your child is just starting their aquatic journey or looking to refine their strokes, our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing personalized instruction to help every swimmer reach their full potential.

Adaptive swim classes combine beginner swim instruction with essential water safety education to help participants develop confidence and competence in the water. Students learn fundamental techniques such as proper kicking, arm movements, floating, and basic strokes, tailored to their individual needs and ability levels. In addition, the program incorporates teamwork activities and group exercises that promote community building and social connection. Led by experienced instructors, this engaging and inclusive program ensures that each swimmer feels empowered while gaining the skills needed to enjoy the water responsibly.

Lessons, classes, and aquatic programming are available to all and do not require a J-Family membership.
