J-Fit: Spring Break Bootcamps

Join us for a pair of workouts to kick off the spring season! 9:30am’s Extreme session will be a boot camp-style workout targeting intense exercises, high heart rates, and as many reps as possible. 10:30am’s Classic will be a traditional circuit workout with moderate, scaled exercises. Resistance lifts and functional movements will be perfect for participants of all fitness levels.
Fee: Free to members, day pass required for guests
