Giant Pharmacy Family Vaccine Clinic at the Pozez JCC

Join us for a convenient and community-focused vaccine clinic, hosted in partnership with Giant Pharmacy. This event offers an easy and accessible way to stay up-to-date on your vaccinations, with professional care and guidance from Giant Pharmacy’s team. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

Please have your completed consent form, insurance card, and photo ID with you when you arrive.

Vaccines Being Offered:

• Pfizer and Moderna. Booster dose will be available for ages 12+
• Hep-B and Hep-A. Unvaccinated individuals of any age
• Pneumococcal Pneumovax-23. Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, Diabetes, Smoker. Age 19-49.
• Pneumococcal Capvaxive-21 Prevnar-20. 50 years and older 19 years and older with certain risk conditions
• Zoster Shingrix. Age 50+
• RSV Abrysvo. Ages 75+ and 50-74 at increased risk. Pregnancy (during weeks 32 through 36, administered Sept-Jan)
• Tdap. No tetanus booster in last 10 years. Pregnancy (preferably during early part of 27-36 weeks gestation). Individuals in contact with infants <12mos who are due for a Tdap
• HPV Guardasil. Age 9-45 without history of HPV vaccine:

Note: Kaiser does not allow it’s members to go outside their facility for vaccines.

Insurance Information:
Medicare-B (65+) covers flu, pneumonia, and Covid
Cigna, Federal plan, Tricare, Carefirst, Aetna, and most other plans, except Kaiser, cover all the above vaccines at no charge to patient. Some exceptions may apply and can be resolved on site.
