Community Garden Planting
Monday, June 16 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Join us for an evening of hands-on service as we fill garden beds with soil and mulch and begin planting vegetables for our community garden. This interfaith effort will support Cook for Vets by providing fresh produce to help feed hungry veterans. Come ready for outdoor work and teamwork as we grow food and build community together. Plan to do some shoveling and lifting soil from wheelbarrows (and teamwork!) to make this project happen.
