The Yoms
(The Days) 2024

Celebrate. Commemorate. Connect. B’yachad (Together).

The Pozez JCC, in partnership with community organizations, have organized a group of programs in May that recognize both the joyful and the deeply emotional holidays observed in celebration and commemoration of Israel and our People. We hope you will join us to find your connection to each other and to Israel throughout the month.

Hosted throughout the month of May

Zikaron BaSalon (Memories in the Living Room)

For Yom Ha’Shoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day, commemorated on May 6th), the Pozez JCC is collaborating with Zikaron BaSalon, an organization dedicated to preserving the memory of the Holocaust through personal testimonies and intimate gatherings. During the month of May, we invite individuals and families to host meaningful discussions in their homes. Each Zikaron BaSalon gathering will be unique - reflecting diverse perspectives and personal reflections on the Holocaust and its lessons.
