Personalized Fitness Meets Fun
J-Fit’s Specialty Classes offer a distinctive fitness experience not typically found in our standard workouts. Unlike regular fitness classes, which often follow a one-size-fits-all format, these sessions are designed for limited class capacities and with unique engagement in mind. This approach ensures a more personalized, enjoyable, and effective workout that caters to individual interests, fitness goals, and skill building.
The following Specialty Classes are offered weekly at an additional cost:
J-Fit: Latin Dance
Mondays and Wednesdays, September 9 – December 23
8:00-9:00pm
Prerequisites: Must be able to handle high aerobic exercise and occasional joint impact.
Ages: 13 and older
Coach Karmen will lead you through choreography that incorporates Brazilian rhythms, salsa, meringue, bachata, and more twice a week. Get your heart racing and break a sweat to dynamic music and intense moves! Spaces limited, register today!

Saturdays, September 7 – December 28
