Winter Outdoor Workout Week

Embrace the cold and join our daily outdoor Winter Workout series! These workouts are designed to keep you moving, laughing, and warm no matter the weather. Step outside on our turf, embrace the chill, and prove that winter won’t slow you down!
Monday-Friday, December 15-19
8:00 AM-8:30 AM, 6:00 PM-6:30 PM (No PM session Friday, Dec. 19)
What to expect:
Family-friendly AM classes: Open to all, these workouts will also be perfect for parents and kids ages 3+ who want an active, outdoor start to the day.
Evening PM sessions: Open to all, teens aged 13+ are also encouraged to try these classes that will take place under the lights.
No experience required. Guests with day passes granted access to all fitness facilities same day as event. Registration available on the My J app. All are welcome!
