
J-Fit Triathlon

Join us for J-Fit’s first annual indoor triathlon! Events include stationary bike, running and swimming. All participants will receive an event t-shirt. Prizes given to winners of each age bracket!

Heat 1 starts at 9am. Heats are every 45 mins.
Fee: $50 member/$60 Nonmember
Triathlon Terms & Conditions
Event Participation
- All participants must be at least 13 years old. !3-17-year olds must have a signed waiver from a parent/guardian.
- Participants must check in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled heat or they will be ineligible to participate.
- Each heat consists of max 12 participants.
Race Structure & Timing
- The event includes three segments: Bike (20km), Run (5km), and Swim (750m).
- Transition times between heats will be 10-15 minutes to reset equipment and prepare the next group.
- Timing will be manually documented by assigned volunteers.
Equipment & Safety
- Bike Segment: Conducted on stationary spin bikes. Participants are responsible for adjusting settings before starting. Staff will be available to assist.
- Running Segment: Held in the gymnasium; participants must complete 58 laps of the designated course. Volunteers will assist with lap counting. If weather permits, outdoor running may be considered.
- Swim Segment: Held in J-Fit’s 25m pool, participants must complete 30 laps to reach 750m. Lane markers will be enforced, with no more than 2 people to a lane.
Hydration, Nutrition & First Aid
- Water stations may be available at designated transition areas.
- Light snacks may be provided post-event.
- On-site first aid staff and/or certified first aid volunteers will be available for emergencies.
Results & Post-Race
- Participants are encouraged to cool down and utilize recovery spaces as needed.
- Individual segment times will be combined for a total race time and posted online and/or onsite after the event.
- Winners of each age bracket will be contacted and receive a prize.
