Looking for your village? Pozez JCC’s Growing Jewish Families invites you to connect with our vibrant community of families raising young children in Northern Virginia.

Whether you’re looking for interactive playdates, festive Jewish holiday celebrations, or a night out with our “Divas and Diners” women’s group, there’s a place for you! Our seven J-Family Ambassadors, spread throughout Northern Virginia are ready to welcome you, share resources, and help you build lasting friendships right in your neighborhood.

Raising a Jewish Baby or Toddler?

J-Family Ambassador Program

If your family has a child up to age 6, one of our J-Family Ambassadors is eager to welcome your growing family into our Jewish community! Your neighborhood JFA will greet your family, help you make connections, build friendships, and engage in Jewish life in Northern Virginia. We're so excited to help you find your people, your community, and your Jewish family. It’s important to us to learn about you and understand what your interests are so that we can provide you and your family with the best experiences possible.

Meet Our J-Family Ambassadors

Whether delivering J-Baby bags, chatting over coffee, or joining you and your child(ren) at a play date, they are terrific new-parent neighborhood resources.

When you register, you will:

  • Be invited to a coffee date with your neighborhood J-Family Ambassador;
  • Receive our digital newsletter;
  • Receive a complimentary J-Baby bag or J-Toddler tote filled with goodies for children 0-36 months. Note: Bag items may vary. Limit one bag per family.

 

Looking to connect with other parents in your area or around shared interests? Join our WhatsApp hub to access a variety of community groups. From neighborhood chats to interest-based groups like Russian-speaking families, Israel connections, volunteering, and more, you can choose the groups that are right for you.
