CJM: We Want Your Stuff! (In-Person)

Join us at the J to hear Jonathan Edelman, Lillian and Albert Small Capital Jewish Museum Collections Curator, share a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to collect the history of the Greater Washington Jewish community.
Hear stories of collecting artifacts from family photos to a 114-year-old piece of taxidermy, all related to Jewish Washington. Then learn about CJM’s collecting initiatives and how the museum may be interested in collecting stories and materials from you. Jonathan will use images from the museum’s collections to illuminate the history of our community and be available for questions and discussion after the talk.
Fee: Free admission. Registration required.
