Jenna is stuck in a lousy marriage and dreaming of an escape while she bakes pies and waits tables at her small town’s local diner. But it “Only Takes a Taste” of something different to spark some drastic changes – but are they for better or worse? With the help of her fellow waitresses and a cast of colorful characters, Jenna learns the winning recipe’s been hers from the start.
Please have a hearty breakfast before arriving at the J. There will be no time for a formal lunch on this trip. Food options are as follows:
1. Bring a brown bag lunch to eat at the J before we depart or on the bus ride.
2. Purchase, in advance, a simple dairy lunch add-on to eat on the bus: Additional $10
3. Order from the Olney Center concession stand, Joe’s Players Club in the Roberts Mainstage, offering local beers, wine, cocktails, and sodas, along with a selection of light snacks. Look for a menu when you arrive to see the offerings and prices. You can pre-order and pay for your drink before a performance and have it waiting for you at intermission. Just ask a front-of-house associate behind the bar.
The J will provide a light snack (e.g., a protein bar) to be eaten on the bus ride home.
