Join us for a pair of workouts at the J on Presidents’ Day! 9:30am’s Washington session will be a boot camp-style workout targeting intense exercises, high heart rates, and as many reps as possible. 10:30am’s Lincoln class will be a traditional circuit workout with moderate, scaled exercises. Resistance lifts and functional movements will be perfect for participants of all fitness levels.

Prerequisites: Extreme: must be able to handle high aerobic work, repeated joint impact.
