J-Fit Independence Day Bootcamps

Join us for a pair of workouts on Independence Day! 9:30am’s Patriot session will be a boot camp-style workout targeting intense exercises, high heart rates, and as many reps as possible. 10:30am’s Liberty will be a traditional circuit workout with moderate, scaled exercises. Resistance lifts and functional movements will be perfect for participants of all fitness levels.
Class 1: Patriot, 9:30am-10:15am
Prerequisites: Extreme: must be able to handle high aerobic work, repeated joint impact.
