Green Spring Gardens Tour & Tea
Thursday, May 2 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join us as we visit beautiful Green Spring Gardens Park for a 50-minute master gardener docent-led tour of the wonderful demonstration gardens. This will be followed by a traditional British tea, including assorted tea sandwiches, pastries, scone, cream & jam, in the 1784 Historic House. As we are fortunate to have this lovely plantation estate located practically in our backyard (only 5 miles from the J), we will be driving ourselves instead of taking a bus. Carpooling is a great option.
Meet at the main visitor center – the Horticulture Center – for the tour at 12:50pm. Please be prompt. The garden tours take place rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. Free parking on site.
Note: The trip is limited to 38 participants on a first come, first served basis. Register now! Cancellation policy for this trip: 100% before April 17th, 75% after April 17th.
