DESCRIPTION:Beginners and those with a little knowledge are welcome!  We will review the alphabet and learn the rudiments of reading (Yiddish is phonetic and much easier than Hebrew).  We will study a primary-grade Yiddish book and converse about it in Yiddish.  We’ll also learn to say useful phrases and how to ask important questions   Jokes\, proverbs\, songs\, and even a few curse words\, will not be ignored.  Study materials will be provided via email and Word documents\, in Hebrew letters as well as transliteration.
