Learn about Spanish culture as well using interactive lessons\, games\, and music.Class format: 50 min. Grammar/10 min. Break/15 min. Breakout Room time (practice w/classmate)/15 min. in Main Room for review and Q&A.Some handouts will be provided. Homework will be assigned for reinforcement and review. Optional textbooks will be recommended\, but you are free to use any books on hand.A Zoom link will be provided prior to the first day of class. DESCRIPTION:A generous but stubborn boxing coach\, Tamás gets along well with everyone but his own son. They have not spoken since his son\, Iván\, moved to Israel and became religious. When Tamás’ beloved wife Zsuzsa dies unexpectedly\, Tamas agrees that Ivan can come and sit shiva in his house as long as he brings his grandson\, Ariel with him. \n\n\n\nAbout JxJ: Presented by the Edlavitch DCJCC\, JxJ encompasses the Washington Jewish Film and Music Festivals\, alongside a year-round film and music program. JxJ gives exposure to independent filmmakers and musical artists working in the Jewish and/or Israeli space. Each spring\, the annual Festival is held on stages and screens throughout DC\, Virginia\, and Maryland. \n\n\n\nThe Pozez JCC is proud to bring these cultural films to Northern Virginia through its partnership with Edlavitch DCJCC.
