DESCRIPTION:Location: Pozez JCC Lobby \n\n\n\nThe Spring Sale is a FUNdraiser to support the JCC’s Sunrise programs serving kids with cancer and their siblings\, including Sunrise Day Camp\, Sunrise on Wheels in-hospital program\, and monthly year-round family programming. The children in these programs\, and their families\, are facing unimaginable challenges; community support helps bring light\, laughter\, and community to their lives all year long! \n\n\n\nPlease come and ‘shop’ the sale of gently used and new items!  We can accept (and prefer) cash\, checks\, and credit card payments or Venmo (by Square or QR code) for all donations. \n\n\n\nEvery donor can enter our free drawing for one of three themed gifts! \n\n\n\nCan’t make the sale; donate to Sunrise here.

SUMMARY:American Red Cross Blood Drive
DESCRIPTION:Every day\, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims\, heart surgery and organ transplant patients\, and those battling cancer. In fact\, every two seconds\, someone in the U.S. needs blood. It is likely that you or someone you know will need a blood transfusion in your lifetime. \n\n\n\nDonors of all blood types are critically needed\, especially those with type O blood. \n\n\n\nThe blood donation process from the time you arrive until the time you leave takes about an hour. The donation itself is only about 8-10 minutes on average. In order to qualify for whole blood donation\, you must be in good health and feeling well\, at least 16 years of age (with signed parental consent) and weigh at least 110 lbs. Additional eligibility criteria apply\, including certain medications\, medical conditions\, travel to certain countries\, and personal history. \n\n\n\nPre-registered participants only. No walk-ins.
