Learn graceful movements\, improve your posture and balance\, and enjoy one of the world’s most beautiful ballroom dances. Waltz is gentle on the joints while providing excellent physical and mental exercise. \n\n\n\nEast Coast SwingGet energized with the lively rhythms of East Coast Swing! This upbeat\, easy-to-learn dance is perfect for staying active\, improving coordination\, and sharing plenty of laughs along the way. You’ll learn practical dance skills you can enjoy at weddings\, parties\, cruises\, and social events. \n\n\n\nBoth dances are designed to provide much more than dance instruction—they offer an opportunity to improve cardiovascular health\, enhance memory and cognitive function\, increase balance and mobility\, reduce stress\, and build meaningful friendships in a welcoming community. \n\n\n\nNo partner or previous dance experience is necessary.
